Shipping Policy

Most Items in Stock

We have most items in stock.  If you place your order by 4:00 PM ET Monday - Friday, we do our best to ship it the same business day (unless noted otherwise).  If you place your order after 4:00 PM ET on Friday afternoon, your order will ship the following Monday.

 

Right of Refusal

Some items, such as hypodermic needles, will only be sold to, or by the order of a physician.

 

Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost is determined by:

• the shipping method you choose
• your location
• the weight of your order  

When you order, you will be able to select the shipping method and know your shipping cost before you finalize your transaction.  

 

Other Information

We work very hard to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible.  At times we may modify your shipping method if we believe it will provide better service.

 

How We Ship

We ship by UPS and FedEx carriers.

 

Service Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers when we believe that an alternate carrier will provide better service.

 

Saturday Delivery

Normal UPS / FedEx service does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.  If you require delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

UPS Next Day Air AM

UPS guarantees delivery on weekdays by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m. to many other U.S. cities, including those in Alaska.

 

UPS Next Day Air

Fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination.

 

UPS Next Day Air Saver

An affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in the morning. UPS guarantees delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively.

Residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of business day.

This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day.

 

UPS Second Day Air

Provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

 

UPS 3 Day Select

The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery, UPS 3 Day Select guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.

 

UPS Ground

Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.
